PneuTech Website Return Policy

  • Any item that is purchased on PneuTech’s website must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 
  • If purchased through a PneuTech dealer the return will need to be initiated with the individual dealer. 
  • If the unit has been purchased directly through PneuTech returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase by contacting PneuTech directly. However, if a unit has been installed and operated, it cannot be returned and will need to go through the warranty process. 
  • Prior to accepting any return directly to PneuTech a RMA will be needed. 
    Please call (847) 796-8975 to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any item returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. 
  • The Customer must provide an original purchase order number and reason for return prior to returning material to PneuTech.

  • A standard restock fee of 15% will apply for all stock item returns. Shipping fees from initial purchase will not be refunded.
  • Tracking information must be provided by the customer upon shipment of returned items.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon returning to PneuTech. Once inspection has been completed; a refund will be issued but the amount is at the discretion of PneuTech following inspection. The customer may receive partial credit for items returned with minor cosmetic damage or after the 90 day timeframe. This will be at the discretion of PneuTech.
  • PneuTech will not accept returned material that was purchased through a 3rd party and not an authorized PneuTech dealer. 
  • Credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt.
